Most companies do not have a technology problem, they have a clarity problem. So every session ends on the same question: what did it give back?
Working engineers, 30 to 60 minutes, one thing you can act on. Built for the people paying the bill, not for the people writing the code.

From Scattered Brain to 2nd Brain: Deliver Better with Notion, Claude
You use Claude or ChatGPT every day, and somehow AI has made everything more complicated. The bottlenecks did not disappear. They moved.
Aaron McFarlane on the swap he made: Notion as the one place for working, planning and tracking, with the context and the team in it. Claude as the thinking partner that does the work, not the daily to-do tool. Live demo of his real setup, then the three things you can build on Monday. Interviewed by Kerstin Dallinger.

What to expect
Practitioners, not presenters
One idea per session
Every session is built around a single claim you either accept or reject by the end. No tour of the landscape, no forty slides of context.
Questions get real time
The open questions are where the useful part happens, so they get a proper block rather than the last four minutes.
Nothing to buy
There is no offer block and no pricing slide. If the session is useful you will come back, and that is the whole mechanism.
Half of chief executives say getting AI right decides their own job, and only one in five says it has clearly beaten expectations. That gap is what these sessions are about. Figures from BCG’s AI Radar 2026 and the EY-Parthenon CEO Outlook; both firms sell AI consulting, so read them as the interested parties they are.
Questions
Before you sign up
- What does a session cost?
- Nothing. The sessions are free to join. You sign up with your email and we send you the link and a calendar invite.
- Do I need a technical background?
- No. The sessions are built for owners and managers who pay for AI and want to know what it returns. Nobody needs to know what a token is.
- How long is a session?
- Between 30 minutes and an hour, including time for questions. The exact time is shown with each session. Questions are the part most people get the most out of, so we leave real room for them.
- What do I need to join?
- A computer with Chrome, Edge or Safari, or the Riverside app on your phone. A mobile browser will not let you into the room. You do not need an account, and you are not on camera.
- Can I watch it later if I cannot make it live?
- Yes. Every session is recorded and published on YouTube, Spotify and our social channels, and we send registrants the recording afterwards. You are not in it: your camera and microphone stay off and only the speakers are captured.
- Will I be sold something?
- There is no pitch block. The sessions are led by working practitioners and the point is that you leave with something you can act on. If you want to talk to us afterwards, you can book a call.
Want to talk about your own setup?
The sessions are general by design. If you want to look at what your own AI is returning, book a call and we will go through it with you.
