Supreme Team: Inside the Harness
What happens between an AI agent saying “done” and the work being accepted.
Supreme Team is a free set of 53 skills for AI coding agents, built by Christoffer Tyko. It gives the agent a fixed way of working from the first brief to the release, and before the work moves on, a separate check looks at it. This walkthrough explains that harness, meaning the rules and checks around the agent, one slide at a time in your browser.

What’s inside
What the walkthrough explains
How a request gets sorted
Every request goes to one skill first, the Admiral. It asks questions until the task is clear, then decides how much process the task needs. A small fix takes five steps, while the biggest jobs run through all twenty.
A second check before work moves on
Before the work moves to the next phase, a checker that did not do the work looks at the evidence. The slides play through what happens when work passes, goes back for fixes, or comes back to you. After three rounds of fixes, you decide.
Guardrails on risky actions
In coding apps that support it, small scripts watch what the agent is about to do. In careful mode, a command that could delete work waits for your OK, and changes to folders you have locked are refused. If a file changes after it was checked, the check is flagged as out of date.
Work that survives a crash
Progress is saved to disk while the agent works. After a crash or a switch to another coding app, the next session picks up from the last saved point.
Also inside: all 53 skills in a searchable list, and a comparison with seven similar tools such as gstack, GSD, Superpowers and OpenSpec, based on their public documentation.
Who it’s for
For owners whose team builds with AI
If your team or a supplier builds software for you with AI agents, this walkthrough shows what solid checks around such an agent look like, so you know what to ask for. Some slides go into technical detail. You can follow the main idea without reading code.
Christoffer Tyko of Tyko Tech showed Supreme Team live in our intelligence.md session “Don’t take AI’s word for it” on 22 October 2026. What he showed, and the questions to ask your own team, are in our article on AI guardrails.
